Appendix A. Photograph of mesocosm research plots, University of Minnesota Fens Research Facility, Zim, MN. Plots alternate bog-fen-bog-etc., and are arrranged in 3 rows of eighteen plots. PVC pipes that contain wiring for plot instrumentation have since been buried. White boxes contain dataloggers for recording micrometeorological data. Sump buckets adjacent to each plot are covered with a white lid.
