Description

The Woody_et_al_Expt1.m program in MatLab performs the state-space analysis of the experiment 1 as described in the Materials and Methods of the main article.  Woody_et_al_Expt1.m calls two programs, expt1funct.m and expt1approxSEfunct.m, and uses data from the text files.
